Ahhhhh I just got over a bout with angular cheilitis! The things that helped me hugely were to drink a ton of water and stop using chapstick. I replaced the chapstick with Nivea Cream (which is lanolin based) and Aquaphor. Lots of chapsticks have drying ingredients so switching to something that was purely moisturizing was hugely helpful.I got diagnosed with eczema cheilitis and angular cheilitis couple months back (haven’t been told what type exactly) and got prescribe Daktacort and Eumovate cream to help however it’s made no improvement.
