I absolutely agree. True melee definitely isn’t helped by the fact that the calamity devs seem hellbent on making tank builds completely unviable. the issue with ranger on infernum mode is that the bosses stick to you like glue. hence, ranger's main advantage - its range - is nerfed. this is particularly evident post moonlord but in the end, it's your choice. it really depends on a lot, I think with a a lot of runs of each class, melee is probably best for just general dps and survivability, but if this was pre draedons, I would ay rogue, but the removal of pwnagehammer line with rogue dmg was really devastating because I loved rogue so muchNot master mode and has no affect due to Infernum's set stats.
