Crucible is probably the worst league mechanic in modern PoE because it is so stingy. Lake League was one of the worst league mechanics of all time, in my opinion, because the build enabling rewards were so hard to get, the league was over before you get to even play with any of the new toys. Crucible is the same thing but worse.Overall the chance of forcing rampage is about 1 in 20k, so unless you want to dedicate weeks of your life and multiple mirrors to this craft, don't bother.
