Dodge caravan radio stopped working

2000 dodge grand caravan rear wiper started to slow and then stopped working. Radio started to work only intermitently and then stopped, like there is no power, but will come on every couple of months or so. Had a problem with the head lights blinking rapidly. Had to drive with the lights on all the time to stop the blinking..
