Dodge charger remote start disabled
When I got in the truck the CEL was on and the message on the dash was as stated by others. The local dodge dealer looked at it and said the remote start was disabled due to a fuel tank pressure sensor, evaporative system integrity module, and an o-ring. The works under warranty so we shall see if it works.My truck started failing to remote start on a regular basis. Along with only the single beep of the horn I would get this message in the EVIC display: "Remote start has been disabled. Start vehicle to reset." So I would start the truck and drive as normal.
