Call of Brine works on multiple gens too, and it's also a better choice than Overcharge, good survivors won't fail skill checks, maybe at first if they don't know Overcharge is in play, but after that they will always hit it. And the regression part of the perk is obviously better in Call Of Brine, it regresses at old ruin speed for 1 minute ... So like, Ruin causes automatic regression. Call of brine is more useful in my opinion as a solo perk. The regression effect is more instantaneous. Overcharge is a bit unreliable against good survivors. That said, its perfectly fine to run and stack both together. Jolt activates on gens near a survivor when they are downed. Pop is specifically you kicking the gen. They work differently.
