I double checked my hopper seals, front and bottom door seals (these may be getting old- but still looked okay), cleaned exhaust at back of stove and all the way outside (nothing there), cleaned blower, cleaned the back inside of the machine by taking off back panel and removing a wing nut- this was full of pellet ... (P.S. I've had the stove for 5+ years, and an old Whitfield for 8 years before that. I'm not new to pellet stoves, but I'm not handy w/ it and don't repair/maintain it myself).
