The Curse should automatically be undone once the full set is assembled. You can check your Log too, as it will tell you the curse is lifted once you get the complete set. If you've done all that and still get cursed, then yeah it's a bug. Also, Braccus' Ring is not a part of the set.

Blessing the wearer automatically removes the ring. @Vicious, that depends on what drops for you I suppose, the full set was quite usefull to me when I got it. #10.
