You'll need 12 Strength, 21 Dexterity, and 19 Arcane for this weapon, so it may be worth performing a respec once you own it. The arcane scaling on it is currently broken so its not doing the intended damage, that being said it is a pretty fun weapon and the bleed procs can still carry it damage wise.
