KVF 400 Starter removal.According to my manual, these are what options are left for "Cranks, but won't start". -Fuel line clogged. -Spark plugs not in good contact. -Spark plugs fouled or wet. -Incorrect Spark plug gap. -Incorrect valve clearance. Try this: "Rotate the motor while watching the intake valve open and close. Go to the T mark on the flywheel. This is TDC on the compression stroke. Adjust the intake valve to .13mm and the exhaust to .18mm.

The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl.
