Litter robot over torque fault fix
I purchased an LR3 connect in Sept of 2022. The device has worked great until about the past three months. It started with the occasional over-torque fault, to frequent over-torque faults, to now completely unable to return to the home position due to over-torque faults. I contacted support at the start of May and was given a list of instructions.This is for those that are out of warranty or want to quickly fix their LR3's infamous blue flashing light, (Drawer full message), yellow fast flashing light (pinch detect) or are experiencing a labored motor sound when in cycle that eventually results in a Over torque fault, (Alternating yellow to red lights).BTW, this is what their site says to do: Disconnect the bonnet. Gently flex the two front bonnet tabs outward at as close to a 90-degree angle as you can. Hold in position for 20-30 seconds. Reattach the bonnet starting with the back-left tab, then the back-right tab, and finally the two on the sides.

I've lessened the amount of litter numerous times even though I've used the same litter and have had multiple litter robots for years. LR4 even did an empty cycle on its own. Very frustrated with this version so far and would love help fixing the issue.If you have to have it on carpet, put something solid under it like a board.
