My oculus is glitching

I got my quest 2 about 2 weeks ago and until today everything has been fine until all of the sudden it randomly glitches out in some games and just takes me to the pass through mode for a few seconds and sometimes it glitches my guardian system when I'm not even near it and this is really frustrating especially in games like ....
