@zazzaro Peng is the ultimate “all in” monster. While it is excellent in 100 cost PvP endgame, it has many weaknesses that can be exploited in full cost PvP. Stealth and poison pretty much nullify him and those are very prominent in today’s PvP. I would say A+ is the right rating. Arboribratus is just a weird monster. It will work as follows: If you think a monster is misplaced in the Tier List you can call for a vote on that monster. I mean Angelion is better than Bloomeluge, but Bloom is also still S+ for what it adds to a team in terms of stun protection.
