You're welcome! To answer the other part of your question, I would let the technician do his part. You can try to connect your router after he leaves. Technicans can only test up to the ONT at that point and cannot diagnose your router if it becomes an issue or you cannot connect it after they leave.I decided to try the Panoramic WiFi router/modem. When I got home I set everything up with little trouble. I reset my Linksys Extender to factory default thinking I would redo the connection with the Panoramic WiFi router/modem.
