Pentair screenlogic app not working
To connect your Pentair ScreenLogic to your WiFi network, begin by downloading the ScreenLogic Connect Mobile app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After the app is finished downloading, open it and click on the Menu in the top left-hand corner. Select “WiFi Setup” and log in with the username and password if prompted. For the last couple of days the unit has been flashing green, which means high salt levels, however, the Pentair ScreenLogic app shows a salt level of zero. I had the salt level tested manually this past weekend, and while I don't recall the level on the report, there was no need to add salt so it must have been in the normal range. Realistically, the salt level …If so, plug it into one of the open LAN ports of your new one (to get internet access) and plug a windows laptop into the old router as well. The screenlogic should still be "synced" to the old router and the laptop will then be on the same subnet address, and you should be in business to upgrade and turn on DHCP.

The old pa did not have a static IP to my knowledge with the old router. It isn't even showing up as a wired connection on my new router so I can't assign a static IP. Also on the Screenlogic Connect software on my PC, the "Configure IP info" icon isn't highlighted. Adding this here in case anyone runs into the same issue. I found that my old ip range was 192.168.0.x but the new router automatically set the range to 10.x.x.x. After changing this, the Screenlogic started working again. So much for it clearing out its old settings and picking up a new ip address which is what the Pentair tech said should happen.Main Pool Pump: Sta-Rite IntelliPro.
