No Persona, other than the later game ones, are worth keeping really. You need to be fusing constantly, once a Persona learns all of its skills (and even before then really) it's time to move on and fuse it off. I stuck it out with my Izanagi and got him to level 99 with all stats at 99. Took awhile but was worth it IMO. It would also explain why Yu can control Izanagi, the basic form, and Izanagi-no-okami, the pure form, while Adachi can only control Magatsu Izanagi, the calamity form/shadow version, and why Yu was able to beat a Shinto Kami 1-on-1 with an ability essentially granted by the gods. 4. In p4g it's really easy to make good builds cause of sword cards and stuff. I would just grind in a high level dungeon. Not only can you get arms master and stuff from sword cards if you have a weak physical skill using magician cards you can easily get up to gods hand tho I find it impossible to get up to primal force so you might wanna see if ...If you want to abuse skill cards and all that jazz on Izanagi, Magatsu-Izanagi always wins because of its inherent Null Light/Dark resistances.
