Polaris ranger rear differential oil capacity
On the front diff it says in the service book that the capacity is 275ml of Demand drive oil. I could not get more than close to 200ml in it before it started to drain …Ripping the heck out of my RZR!!!! I use Maxima SxS Drive fluid in the front differential, Maxima 80W-90 high performance gear oil in the transmission, and Maxima SynBlend 10W-40 in the engine of my turbo S. And the same selections for my Ranger XP1000, except I use Maxima SxS Synthetic 10W-50 in its engine.

When I did the front diff on my '15 570 I could only get about 7-7.5oz of fluid in the housing. The manual specs say 9oz. Been fine for the last 35-40 engine hours of ride time and AWD has worked as advertised every time it has been needed! Fill front diff to level with plug with the torque on demand fluid, transmission/rear diff with the other purple stuff, and engine oil 3.5 qts. I used the Bosch 3323 filter again.2019-2020.
