Thanks everyone for the help! It's in the Eufala Outback in the caves. It's in a little back room right after the boss battle. You can't access it until you get the related quest, but you could potentially miss it when doing that quest. Although you can just re enter the caves if you do.I'm guessing the sword is a mission item and not something we can use or repair.
