Both resulted in a QQ Bang with the same stats as Broly's Clothes (+5 Ki/Basic/Ki Super, -5 HP/Stam/Strike). So it seems that if you use two pieces from the same clothing set, there's at least a bias towards a QQ Bang with that set's stats.
