Normally, when you enter the same seed twice, it will just be used by the world generator to create the same world both times (assuming identical settings). But when you enter a special word like celebrationmk10, all it does is trigger the world generator to enter a ... In the Celebrationmk10 seed, all treasure bags can drop developer sets. It is also a 10% instead of 5% chance. Don't take this as a complaint. But , I think fledgling wings and developer sets in pre-hardmode really break progression. I think this is a mistake the developers shouldn't have made.
