Pretty sure 2 bleed twinblades are better, but for the elden bling id run just 2handed. Going with the pole blade and peeler will result in overall more bleed buildup specially since somber weapons have a lower bleed buildup than normal weapons so the peeler would have more blood buildup than pole blade but work together well. It will make no difference to bleed proc otherwise. It's entirely possible to run a twinblade build without arcane (bleed will still proc just not as regularly). If you want to go all in on bleed to proc it is as quickly and regularly as possible then yes, you will need to blood ash your weapons and invest in arcane. 2.
